TCU is a welcoming community that embraces diversity in all of its forms. Whether you’re coming to TCU from down the street or around the world, we want to make sure you feel at home on campus. That’s why we offer a variety of resources to help prospective students decide if TCU is the perfect fit for them.
Our truly global campus is home to students from 71 countries, and 17 student organizations are dedicated to multicultural and social justice causes.
At TCU, we provide student-focused programs and services that support inclusivity through engagement and retention, leadership development, and cultural awareness and education.
TCU is committed to providing a positive learning and working environment free from discrimination and harassment. TCU prohibits discrimination and harassment on the basis of age, race, color, religion, sex (including sexual harassment and sexual violence), sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, ethnic origin, disability, genetic information, covered veteran status, and any other basis protected by law.
The Office of Diversity and Inclusion seeks to foster multicultural quality in the teaching, research, and support of all areas of the institution. Our aim is to promote an equitable environment in which there is no disjunction between our diversity and inclusion values, and our educational goals of continuity and achievement.
The Inclusive Excellence Initiatives Fund was established to support and strengthen existing or new initiatives regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion on campus. This fund supports TCU’s strategic priority to build university experiences for students, faculty, and staff that focus on inclusive programming and educational opportunities.
The Inclusive Excellence Initiatives Fund will grant up to $2,500 for creative programs and educational opportunities that foster collaborative partnerships and encourages diversity and inclusion opportunities.
