This is Texas Christian University’s 10th annual banquet to honor  Godelieve Mukasarasi, director of SEVOTA – a collection of community centers in 11 provinces in Rwanda. Mrs. Mukasarasi has been successfully mobilizing rural Rwandan communities toward a culture of peace and non-violence since 1994. Educated as a social worker and psychologist, her work has been primarily focused on women who were survivors of sexual assault and children born of rape.
