“Do not get lost in a sea of despair. Be hopeful, be optimistic. Our struggle is not the struggle of a day, a week, a month, or a year, it is the struggle of a lifetime. Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble.”  -John Lewis

“I see DEI work as humanitarian work … the essence of which is to help encourage individuals to resort back to basic principles of humanity emphasizing goodness, empathy, dignity, respect, and love. It is with this lens that I endeavor to help transform lives, uplift hearts and challenge minds as we aspire for inclusive excellence.”
